Basically, all the games came down to whether I could get enough damage on him before he could Fractal, and if I'd have enough Deflagrations for his Dim Shields.

Anyway going vs aether without anything to kill those dim shield is just suicide so it is not really a surprise ^^

Correct me if I'm not reading the rules correctly, but I thought the Short Sword couldn't be upgraded (it is in majofa's deck).

And sorry to possibly rain on the victory.  :-X

EDIT: ohhhhh nevermind. That Short Sword was already in Light's vault, wasn't it.

Team Light probably have a Short Sword in theit Vault. majofa had just 9 upgrades - so I am assuming that.
