Sooo, I play this and keep my 3 Ruby Dragons in hand, then I get 3 free Ruby Dragons?? I don't get it ??? (I guess the mechanic is more clever and balanced, since you are ET *.*, but I would like to know how it works)

I think that a copy is generated when the creature is on the field but not from the hand, f.e. scarabs generated by pharaohs.

Ohhhh, I got it  may need some rephrasing though, since creatures in your hand actually are "creatures that are not played (, creatures) from it's controlled hand". Yeah, it miss a comma, but it still sounds similar.
I can't even figure out how to make it easier to understand without having to name every form of non-hand summon 

EDIT: Does the effect stack?? I hope not, or it may look quite OP...

So it doubles the production of mitosis, pharaoh, FFQ, etc. for both players, and turns Twin Universe into Triplet Universe .
I'm not sure how I feel about this yet.

Perhaps it could fit in Light better, seeing as how Aether already has Twin Universe? Not to mention the potentially OP synergy with Twin Universe in Mono Aether.

It definitely should have a mono combo available to it. Copying fits an existing Aether theme and has the most expensive mono combo. Twin Universe is an expensive but not OP synergy.

3 cards to get 4 PUs using 20|17 .
4 cards to get 6 PUs using 26|22 .
5 cards to get 9 PUs using 33|28 .

I have a feeling people don't want it to be Stackable.

If I said yes it could only be in the simplest form.
What I mean is, say 2 mirrors are in play, opponent spawns a firefly Mirror A triggers and generates a firefly, then Mirror B triggers and generates a firefly. Each mirror should only trigger once per player's turn or some other form of limit on the trigger. this is negotiable.
