NOTES:
Anti-RT creature for Gravity so that the entire element's worth of creatures doesn't get hard-countered by a single card.

"Leaves play" is defined as being removed from the field. Being hit by Rewind or just simply dying from damage/infection/nomming will trigger the ability.

Overload is an active ability and can be Lobotomized.

Good combo with momentum or any buff, druid, fractal etc. Looks balanced already to me. Good job!

Nice idea, but in my opinion the best counter-RT card Gravity could have is a good stall card. DR shield, perhaps, or healing, or even a good QC card (although DBH is strong as is).

I just remembered I made something similar but never submitted it.  I should get back to that soon...

IMO, not really a counter to RT.  Unless I'm interpreting its purpose wrong.

Hmm, my opponent has out an Automaton and an Overdrived Massive Dragon...I should cast RT on the Automaton  ::)

That and on that chance that the AI your opponent rewinds/kills Automaton, generating a Spark/BL seems a bit underwhelming.

Consider this change:  Overload affects all creatures you control and deals damage based on the affected creature's attack.

It's probably not the best fix, considering your opponent would usually carry more than 1 copy of RT and can use more than 1 within 1 turn, but ehh...

Oooh. I get why it's a spark/ ball lightning. Instead of creating a second 'spawned' card, instead make it an existing card, that if RT'ed, all you lose is the drawing, in that you'll draw the spark/ball lightning.
Considering the creature choice...I can't help but think of a hilarious trio, but that's just me.

Maybe it should generate multiple sparks - say, three? That would make the ability less useless and open up more potent synergies.

I like the idea overall. Dunno if it's quite UP actually. But what I see is that the difference between unupgraded and uppgraded is too big... By upgrading, the card gains +2atk AND the Spark it generates is now a Ball Lighting? That, without a cost change, makes either the unupgraded UP, the upgraded OP, or even both, as the rest of the cards max upgrade difference is +1 atk without cost change.

1) It is balanced though on the low end. (6hp please) However it highlights how UP Gravitation Mercenary is.
2) It is resilience against RT and thus can provide an offense even after the opponent RTs your other creatures with their Eternity.
3) It is just asking for a card that lets the user bounce it back into the hand to create sparks.

I like the idea proposed by Xenocidius. Make it 2 sparks (3 sounds OP ^^) instead of 1 maybe.

Unupped Version
- Cost increased to 5 :gravity
- Stats increased to 3|6
- Overload now generates two Sparks

Upped Version
- Cost increased to 6 :gravity
- Stats increased to 5|6

Just eternity it back into your own hand. A buddy of mine used that strategy with eternity to keep from decking out years ago when we started playing this game.
