Those were close games, thanks RNG. In over 20 test games (yeah I know it's not much) I
NEVER get more than 2 pends in starting hand, not to mention many discards situations. But in the match it is different story...
GAME 1 (LOSE): When I see 6 pends in my starting hand, I actually laughed. But pika got 3 pends 2 pillar start too. I don't know his deck, so I played my offense without too much thinking. I had dragon and phoenix out, but he also got flying EE and dragon out. He played wings to stop my trusty Fahrenheit, while sniping my phoenixes. No bolts in this game.
GAME 2 (WIN): Starting with 4 pends, charger, phoenix, bolt, not bad at all. pika has slow air quanta, which restricts him to play OE until mid game. We had similar damage because his wings once again shuts down my Fahrenheit. This time I won by 1 turn.
GAME 3 (WIN): Starting with 5 pends, fahrenheit, dragon, bolt, another good hand. This time he got a fast OE, and upped shield. I managed to draw offence as he slowly snipes my creature. At last turns I bolted all his frogs. If he draw a dragon, I'd lose. Luckily he didn't. Really close.
GAME 4 (WIN): Starting with 5 pends, phoenix, dragon, bolt. He got 3 pends and again a fast OE as expected. I got really good draws on creatures this game, where I can play them next turn, and his OE can't keep up. He tried to play a dragon, but then I *just* got 10 quanta and bolted it to death. Then it was quite easy win to me.
ggs pika. It was the good starting and good draw that wins me the game. Good luck to
in future games.
