***TRIALS RESPONSE***Well I played around with the deck as it is for a while and I came to a few conclusions. Firstly, I found the Golden Dragons underused because it seemed that the opponent would die to the Frogs before I managed to get 1 on the field. I also either wasn't able to play Hope or never needed to play it before the opponent was killed. The Feral Bonds seemed to take up hand space and didn't get played enough for them to be game changing for me. Overall it felt like I was playing a Mitosis Frog deck with healing from the Luciferin to keep it alive longer. I remodeled the deck myself and produced this:

At 32 cards, draws are much more consistent. The deck now works by doing the same Frog + Mitosis plan, then playing Luciferin to gather more Light quanta. However, the deck now also features a Light Mark, Rustlers, and Emerald Dragons for late game heavy damage or jump starting your quanta production early on in the duel. It takes far too long to gather enough quanta to play Golden Dragons; with Rustlers + Light quanta you can now also Mitosis Emerald Dragons and pummel the opponent. Miracles are for those occasions where your plans go horribly wrong and you need a quick way to save yourself. I've had to use this once so far against the AI3 due to the AI playing an Auburn Nymph extremely early which caused all of my Mitosis efforts to go to waste for several turns. Otherwise the Miracles are just an insurance against bad luck and can be removed if preferred. The deck is very stable and runs a good combination of offensive and defensive tactics.
