Special Rules
Upgraded cards are not allowed.
Players will be given a list of cards 15 minutes before the start of the tourney that they can use in deckbuilding.
All pillars and pendulums can be used in deck building.

Looking at all the previous Speedbuilding tournaments, the number of cards is going to be 36, unless the organizers have some other thoughts in mind.

Hm... this is actually really fun! So people can't plan there decks out before hand. A lot of duo decks it might seem. Hopefully no Stall Cards, like Hope and Phase Shield, and Sundials...

So this means TO's cannot participate right?  Because they would know the cards in advance, and could pick cards they want to use?  HAHAHAHA!!!  I don't like this idea btw, why not try NEW ideas instead of waiting so long into the week to pick a tourney idea and just resorting to an idea that has already been done.

Thats exactly why we chose this one.  Old tourneys that were popular are our last resort.  And no, we can still participate.  It just means that we will know maybe 5 minutes in advance.

I would think so.  It would defeat the purpose of speedbuilding if people knew what cards were being used from the previous tourney.

Hm... the speed building tourney's were a great idea. I participated in one of them before and honestly, people aren't actually that organized all together. Becuz some people come later right when the tourney is about to start and they make a deck in 2 minutes xD  Also a TO would be doing the Brackets, so them getting a deck ready is a little more rushed than us, so it help us.
