what's obscene is the dumb rule that if a submitted card has a typo it counts against the limitation on 2 cards per week and corrections cannot be submitted until the next week.
If we didn't do this, people would just be sloppy because "a Curator will catch any mistakes I make." Curators are not spell-check; we have enough work to do, between updating the Crucible and Forge, reviewing Crucible candidates, keeping up with updates to people's existing card ideas... and we do it all for free.
There's a reason for this rule - it encourages people to double-check their work. It's not "obscene," it's an inconvenience to you personally, but a necessary one. I always double-check everything before I submit it, and have only been delayed once.
