NOTES:
if this light-hearted card doesnt melt your face with cuteness, you may already be dead.  in a small part inspired by the post looking for a card to make a duo of :light and :entropy
the basic card casts basic pandemonium when activated, the upped casts upped pandemonium when activated. chance after a successful attack is 30%. < limit one proc per panda per turn, as per me, per.
edit- upped the attacks to not require buffs to play, it seemed a bit too costly all things considered.  changed the wording slightly.  changed the image and name.

would you know i'm alway think about card that can use an ability name 'pandamonium'   :))

i don't sure about it cost (between unupgrade and upgraded).  but i'm sure if it have enough buff (for atk,adrenaline and quint)  it can be a greatest CC creature ever.   ^-^

I assume it'll only work on the first and last, like "devourer" and "venom."

Will activating the skill written on the card change Pandy's skill to a new active ability (such as "pandemonium" with no cost) that can be lobotomized, or will it be a stack-able passive ability?

while adding in adrenaline would make it a trio, i put in a limitation of one effect proc per turn per panda maximum, should keep things balanced

good point patch, i think lobo-able active ability is the way to go with this, as it is an active ability, and it seems like it would be odd to have an active ability that causes a passive ability to be... activated.

As much as I love the Panda, to me, Pandemonium on a stick is a nightmare, it's the card in the game that annoys me the most, it whipes my side clean while it copies my most powerful creatures, all that in one go, almost every time, if this card gets released, I might cry  :'(
My only hope is that unupped, it might lobotomize itself...

luckily for you it has many counters, not the least of which are small shields :)

and on-a-stick tends to be associated with "on demand" rather than a % chance after a designated event, so it isnt as bad as it could be :)
