Well, if you're looking for a duo to beat the other guy to a pulp without a lick of subtlety, I highly recommend using Earth. There are many, many different ways you can go with this duo, depending on what your favorite strategy is as well as what you expect of your opponent. If you really want to use your Pharaohs, I recommend a build similar to this:

This deck has the benefit of slowing down your opponent while still providing fast creatures. Should your opponent have one of those annoying %age shields (Fog Shield or Dusk Mantle), the spam of Scarabs should be able to quickly overwhelm him. In addition to this, the Graboids are obviously the game's best cost/attack ratio creature, and they provide quite a large beatstick for you.
Should you choose to go a more Stall-ish route, there is always something along these lines:

Keep in mind, this deck is not meant to beat your opponent down from the get-go. Instead, you want to mass your quanta while you hide behind your shield. Ideally, you will want to save your Sundails for as long as possible, as they will prevent your opponent from delivering that final killing blow, while you ready a couple of Stone Skins to put your life total well out of reach. At that point, the damage that you've been doing, while relatively little, looks like a good deal more all of a sudden. Also, this allows you to have enough time to get a Pharaoh out and start pumping out Scarabs that will eventually overwhelm your opponent.
Either route you wish to go (or neither, as there are plenty of decks using these two elements that don't have Pharaohs at all), best of luck to you!
