Grr...mechanic is difficult to balance. Why "non-undead"? Do "Zombify" and "Zombie" induce undead for the target creature?

This looks like it would work better as a Creature. (simplify card text)

It would need to be more expensive than a Lobo Spell/Mindflayer.

How would this improve ETG?

It's not like Poison because Poison only poisons a creature, not affecting it's ability. Zombie would be cool because the zombified creature also gets the ability, THUS, giving it CC as well (considering that the card owner has the quanta to use it).
