Interesting. This is a very powerful card  :o. I suppose the cost makes up for it. I'll wait for OldTrees to finalize that statement

pretty high risk card... 8 :water + risking for 1 hp, but if you can pull that through you won the game.... So I don't think this card would ever be balanced. IMO cards, which can provide automatic wins are not supposed to be in the game...
