So i have been playing this game for about 4 or 5 hours now but i have been playing ccgs for most of my life. I have played maybe 8-10 PvPs and in EACH AND EVERY ONE my opponent played multiple Devourers. This card is stupidly OP and needs fixing.

First of all, this is the wrong place to post this topic.
Second of all devourers aren't overpowered. They're not even overused (wich seems to be your only argument).

ps. if Devourers bother you, get some sanctuaries in your deck!

Mind giving constructive criticism rather than the unoriginal "omg it steals quanta" rant?
Just cause noobs don't know better but putting Devourers in every deck doesn't imply they're overpowered.

10+? You're either facing a fractal devourer deck (fractal is very expensive!), a mitosis devourer deck (really slow), or an arena deck (which is meant to be hard).

Oh, especially when used with Nightfall | Eclipse, then it has ATTACK!

Anyways, 1 quanta absorbed is very minimal as unless you're very strict on quanta and can't afford it.  However, the decks that fall here are either very small or aren't that reliable to begin with.
