Personal farm deck thread should be reserved only for permanent t50s

Seems like a trend is starting to form where even people who're in t50 for that one Sunday only puts up t50 farm thread. Even when the players know a permanent t50 with a farm, they only get 2% chance to meet that person. The farm thread is somewhat pointless, and the case is worse for non-permanent t50s.

I'm not asking non-permanent t50s to remove topics that already came up, but asking other non-permanent t50s to refrain from making t50 farm threads, motivated by those who already did so.

It's rising all the time.
At the moment a whole week in T50 is about 250k minimum.

Maybe 200k~ish would be a good value to start a farm thread.
