Maybe this can be used as catapult ammo, for let's say 10 damage.
10 damage for 3 :earth is quite good but you won't be able to nuke because you will need both alot of catapults and rocks. Also they're permanents so rocks can be destroyed.

It enhances the synergy between :earth and :gravity even further. Also gives Catapults more uses. It also fits the theme.

Just my 2  :electrum! (epic ninja, drop in 2 :electrum from an alien aswell!)
