This is not OP. This gives you the ability to permanently delay 1 dead draw or temporarily delay a pseudo dead draw.

The ability seems to be worth 1 :time (it is currently priced as such).
So this is a good card
It has decent name (I prefer shorter names but this name fits), good thematic resonance and is balanced.

In fact I like this card enough to endorse it. This card would be a great addition to the game and well worth the extra coding time.

All that it needs now is Art.

Edit: This might work. (Unless someone is nice enough to one up it)

Just to get this answered before it gets brought up. Since the effect actually replaces the draw if you have multiple in play only one instance of the effect could resolve because after that the draw is already replaced.

I would say just to make the choice a bit harder the card you don't choose is sent to the bottom of your deck.

This would make the card more powerful not less. Having to return the card to the top of the deck is a disadvantage.

How the Hell are you supposed to make it into a picture of the card? I tried using PlanPlan's and the result was so fuzzy that the text was hard to read and the picture had all sorts of artifacting.
