There are no CC cards that decrease attack o-o
Mostly because killing the creature is much more effective then just lowering how much damage it does to you.

Don't bump arbitrarily please. Your double- and triple-posting is a repeating eyesore in many threads.

This spell is very, very weak. The best cards that can be used with this are Plague and Pandemonium, and since this only targets one creature, it's close to useless. Even with a cost of 1, it always takes one card space, and that's too much to pay for a card that buffs spells for only one target.

If it targeted every enemy creature, it'd be useful with Pandemonium, but not OP since you can just pack another Pande instead of one of these. However, in an Entropy stall, it'd theoretically be quite useful as you could feasibly want more CC than 6 Pandes in that. Maybe.

In a deck with repeating CC such as Flying OE's, it could be very powerful if it targeted all enemy creatures. That's a pretty expensive duo though, which focuses a -lot- on CC and fails on both damage and versatility. I think it could be balanced if it targeted all enemy creatures.

I like this card a lot...  I think it could work wonders in some kind of fire/entropy duo...  *thinks of massive fire shield damage and RoF...*

Glad you like it. As for my art, I failed and ended up throwing it away 
So I'll likely use what Zblader made. (unless you've got some art for it;) )

That said, do you think there should be a turn limit for this or not?
