There are also many tricks with this weapon.  ;)

- It can drain attk of your own creatures to prevent them from attacking sheild like fire sheild. Can protect weak ability based weak creatures like squids,mindflayer etc.

- It can be used it to save your creatures from maxwell demons.

- It can be used to diffuse abilities of weapons like arsenic,discord,drudic staff. etc.

But Demonic is an adjective? I guess Demon doesn't sound right but...
Also why is it "attk" I have seen Attack abbreviated atk but never attk

technically no. negative attack is just antimatter's thing- the only reason is that antimatter isn't supposed to exist, so that's why it can do that.
also, the lowest it can go is zero, because, well, it's the lowest possible- except antimatter
but correct me if i'm wrong, as i'm not the card's creator

in theory, yes. because negative atk is technically above and below zero at the same time, it should be able to be drained.
but even in theory or not, draining always moves towards zero.
