Seriously, this deck is good. Main thing is spawn as many phase recluses as you can. Mass CC and dim shields to protect you.

Perhaps swap a thunderbolt for a fractal or aether nnymph - assuming you have one.

With all that quanta, it looks like you forgot to add Fractals or something. Not that the deck is anything new either way, but the QI is at 1.33. Yeah.

Problems include lacking offense and extreme vulnerability to CC and a counter-rush (doesn't even need PC with just 2 Phase Shields), and stall decks (too low offense).

Given that he discusses spawning Phase Recluses in the first sentence, I'd say Fractals were definitely left out of this deck somehow.  Removing 4 Pends/Towers for Fractals would probably work.  Doing that makes it very similar to other decks posted in this section though.
