Multiple targeting still doesn't exist, and the ability looks slightly OP for its cost... This would make an earth/fire permanents' control devastating..

No need, just further reduce the cost and keep the same ability, or maybe tweak it to destroy 1 perm and inflict some damage to your opponent, and keep the cost the same

Not THAT much, but yes, it's OP


Remember that destroy costs 3 and no creature has it, and if you want it, you need to use BE in a small creature... What I mean, reusable PC can't be cheap, and IDK if Zanz would like it.

Anyway yes, butterfly effect is the same. Pulverizer is the only reusable PC but has more limitations than this one. Maybe the cost of the ability should be raised further.

Explosion on a creature is worth only 2-3quanta
Fire creatures get 1 free attack point
Balanced cost for unupped is 1|2

The upgraded required multi-targeting which does not exist yet.

Suggestion: Increase stats and balanced cost of unupped and make upgraded get a cost reduction but otherwise be identical to unupped.
