True, but if the first two have been implemented in the game, I don't see how this one could make that much of a difference. That being said, I think the cost could even go down. Compare to steal. And with steal, your opponent doesn't even get to keep his permanent.

Remember Steal? Well, this is basically the  :aether version of that. I think it's fine the way it is because of Aether's skill of copying things, so a 4  :aether is justified by the combos this could rack up with TU.

Adjusted the cost and now it's perfect.

I like to remind you all that this card is not just about copying opponent's permanents but you can use it on your own permanents to double your permanents. You can create another copy of your own Empathic Bond or Boneyard.

You can do stuff like copying your Unstable Gas and explode them both for 40 dmg to opponent or make two hourglasses to double your draw.  ;)

At this cost, it should send a copy of the permanent to your hand. If you want it to be like a TU, if should probably be closer to the cost. Maybe up it by 1 for both upped and un-upped?
