I would switch both ruby dragons into explosions or towers. You know each steam machine uses TWO fire quanta for each charge. Mark is not even close to enough to charge that.

My suggestion:
-2 Ruby Dragons
-2 Quints
+6 Fire Towers
+1 Permafrost Shield
+1 Explosion

To power a dragon and feed all those hungry Steam Machines you need more than a mark. Even without the dragons, the problem remains, so there need to be more towers in there. One lone Explosion won't do much, so add another one, and the same counts for the shield.

I honestly just don't see this deck working as-is much at all.  I'd actually swap the mark to :watermark and power everything with Fire Pends and Aether Pends.

you'd work the idea out more, now you have a slow set up damage deck.
the great thing from fire/water is that you can take high damage, perm control and some of the best cc in the game so use the options!
