Im currently running this unupgraded (just cause i love the steam machine card :D). It works pretty good, but im having some quanta problems due to the fact that i dont get the water quanta from playing the pendulum, so if i draw 4 or more pendulums, i can play a single steam machine at turn two, but if i draw 3 or less pendulums, i cant play a machine at all until turn 4.
Any hints on how i can tweak this deck to solve this, or make some changes in general to get a good unupgraded version of this?

I actually enjoy using this deck along with  :aether and running Rage Potions instead of Rage Elixirs (unupped version).  This allows me to pump 3 RPs on a single Steam Machine and TU'ing it.  There really is nothing like seeing someone's reaction when it goes from 9/16 one turn to having three 28/1s the next turn.

Again, this deck is a bit old, but I'm putting it as the 'popular' deck for Steam Machine, since 'Need a Parka' is more of the Arctic Octopus specialty.

On that note, perhaps this modification would make it TWICE as rushy with the new Shards and nymph changes?

Looks very nice. How fast is it? :)

I agree with Mithcairion though, I like more the Machines combined with :aether.

Here's what I did.

Are you tight on :water or not? Because it'd be cool if either a Nymph Tears, Shield or Octopus could fit in somewhere. The Tears for late game when :water has cumulated, the octopus for stalling early and the shield can always be useful.

Who likes poems? :) Here are mine.

Hmm, with 15 pends in a 30 card deck i doubt water is stressed.
You probably could toss in a nypmh tears or a few squids, but i dont see them being too useful

I see ragequitting in the future of your foes... :) Nice deck, but replacing the rage elixirs with rage potions will definitely make them more effective.

Why? Very rarely will you have to over 3 rages to play on a steam machine, and 6 hp is better than 5 when using them for cc.
