I don't feel right with it being a purify on a stick, and again, I believe healing abilities belong to life.
Any suggestion on balancing it?

Make the upgraded ability cost 1  .

Up the damage for each by at least 1. Take my love.

Also, Purify is water. it's strange for this purify effect to be Life. It doesn't fit. Take my land.

But other than that, I think it's alright, or could be alright with some small changes. Take me where I cannot stand.

This is a powerful ability. Stacking purify counters is something that would make sense to include into the game and I can't think of a better way then a weapon.

I would change both the unupped and upgraded activation costs to  .

I am assuming that the player is a valid target. If not please change it to also be able to target the player.

I would think so. Compare this to arsenic. Arsenic does 1 poison to the enemy; this does one healing to yourself. Damaging the enemy by one hp has roughly the same value as healing yourself by one hp. Arsenic's ability is free, but will fail to add poison to the enemy if they have wings, dimensional shield, or bone wall.

This seems balanced and I like it.
