Created a new thread to avoid confusion.  I originally posted the idea here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6250.msg71680#msg71680) rather than making an original thread, despite it being an original idea.  At the time I didn't feel it deserved it's own thread because it wasn't a fully developed or tested deck.  I then tweaked it for the first ttw study here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,8813.msg134855#msg134855), and that's the deck shown above.

It's a pretty standard rush deck for AI3/t50.  As I said in the ttw thread, changing RoLs to Sparks isn't advisable, as the ability to generate light is sometimes important on turns 1-2.

Yes it does.     If you follow to the end of that thread you'll see the redirect to my deck, which was around two months earlier.  I probably should've linked the above post in the opening post of this thread because jmdt has been giving that guy credit for my idea for awhile now.

Go second.

Hand:  1 RoL, 1 Minor Phoenix, 2 Cremation, 3 Lava Destroyer, 1 Gavel.

Turn 1-

Play RoL, Cremate (+9 ).  Play Minor Phoenix (9-2=7 ), Cremate Minor Phoenix (9+7=16 ).  Play the 3 Destroyers and the Gavel.  Total damage:  28.  (1 , 3 remaining)

Turn 2-

Draw Animate Weapon, generate 1 from mark.

Grow all three Destroyers (34 damage total).  Rebirth the Minor Phoenix (38 damage total).  Total damage:  66 (0 , 1 remaining).

Turn 3-

Draw Gavel, generate 1 from mark.

Grow 2 Destroyers (42 damage total).  Animate Gavel, play Gavel (49 damage total).  Total damage:  115.


(Those last two draws are irrelevant really, but you get the point)

I like the deck, especially with the new gnomeriders, but would it be wise to switch out the RoLs/Riders for Ball Lightnings? (not sure if anyone's asked before) I mean Ball lightnings do provide some burst damage thats good but RoLs/Riders provide quanta that could prove to be useful in early game.
