Now about the card itself. Its costing alot to get the conspiracy into play and its effect is minimal when compared to a steal or momentive effect circumventing the shield. If you need it to get quanta then you need a better payoff.
Firstly, allow the conspiracy to last as long as required and give the permanent itself a sacrifice option.
Next, you are reducing your killing of the opponent for only a single

. How about swapping the damage dealt by your creatures into equivalent quanta gain and if Eclipse / Nightfall is in effect have that eclipse/nightfall drain from the opponent a number of quanta equal to the number of death darkness creatures you control.
It might also be plausible to simply have all damage on a single turn transfer quanta from the opponent to you.
Cost for such a card in its current form needs to come right down to be useful, 1 :darness and 0

Free healing of a kind representing you avoiding damage
Subversion of the opponents Quata or resources
A bonus for you revealing the conspiracy and a penalty for it being forceably revealed.
