Hmm I was thinking perhaps the cost of the ability should be lowered to 3 :air?

I mean Snipe can do it repeatedly and is cheaper, this is done once, and then you lose your quantum generator.  Unless I'm missing something  ;D

I want the unupped to hit 1 creature and the upped to hit all targetable opponent's creatures. upped is more powerful. is 2/4 :air better?

The wording is wrong, it should be "Generate :aether each round. 4 :air: Storm (Sacrifice) Deal 3 damage to target creature." for the unupped one and "Generate :aether each round. 4 :air: Storm (Sacrifice) Deal 3 damage to all enemy  creatures.".

Unupped one should cost 2 :air and upped one 5 :air imo, since the card pays for itself after just 2 turns and is a RoF for Aether.
