Healing would be applied when the permanents are scanned, so healing would happen after creatures attack, like shards heal players.

ok i got a lot of questions here
1) does this count as 1 purify counter
2) if it is a purify counter will a poison counter cancel it out
3) if it is canceled out will it come back again the next turn
4) is it stackable

that is all i have
but i think it should be a spell
All current creatures gain 1 purify counter

1) This does not heal players, only creatures.
2) Poison applied to creatures would take effect first, then this permanent would heal damage back.
3) Can't be canceled without destroying the permanent; this is a passive effect similar to Empathic Bond, not a "buff" token placed on the creatures.
4) Yes.

I'm happy with it as a permanent, for a few reasons:
1. It will affect creatures played after Bounty is played.
2. It can be stolen or destroyed or protected like any permanent.
3. It won't save small creatures being destroyed by enemy shields or strong enough poison.

thanks for the info and i meant purify counter on question 1 like on my spell idea, decent card turns OP with the stackable affect in my mind

OP consideration depends on a lot; you can't just look at "ooh, 4-6 healing is too good" in a vacuum.  Remember, Guardian Angel heals for about as much, renewable if you keep feeding it light quanta.

Against Fire Shield this would rock for supporting anything but X|1 creatures, like Rustler.  Obviously if other creature control sources were in play, like Firestorm, the opponent would want to cast them in bursts to bypass healing and get kill shots.  Say you have a couple Rustlers and Cockatrices out, though... a single Firestorm would kill everything 3 and below, and then the Cockatrices would heal back to full in a couple turns.

It's got limited use, but adds some stability to Life.

Seeing as how Guardian Angel and Holy Light are currently the only 2 cards in the game that heal creatures, I think this one is good for a breakthrough in creature-support.

Bounty's is often associated with say a bounty hunter or whatever, but bounty itself also means a generous gift.

Simple and clean - the only thing that's unfortunate about this mechanic is that Plague and Retrovirus would be further rendered useless with multiples of these on the field, making it incredibly difficult for players to kill critters via poison. Then again, having a hard "purify' for creatures would be pretty lame, and this fills that niche nicely enough as is. :)
