Definitely a unique concept there.  I'd say maybe only two Ancient Rubbles required.  By the time you get three, and put in a creature, and it slowly increases by +1/+1... you are sure to be dead soon.

Not to mention I would think there are more efficient ways to increase the stats of a creature, more time efficient and cost efficient.  Blessing comes to mind.

Ah, but this is also an offensively used card. I can use it on an opponent's creature. Perhaps I shall make it clear.

Yes! This is a great card. Casting Cost: 9 :time and 3 out of 6 cards.

I think it is balanced nicely. It is an instant kill but a reversible one so it is on par with Antimatter. However this can also be used as a growth mechanic.

Maybe reduce the casting cost to 6 :time and 3 out of 6 cards?

it should defenetly be only 2 and no cost to use ability steal/release
and when destroyed should not release the monster

in my opinion 3 cards 6 time quanta a minimim with maximum luky of 4 turns to lock the firt monster
(1st turn:3 towers+one ancient ruin
aether mark total quanta:4time 1 aether
2nd turn:second and third ancient ruin
3rd turn:sacrifice them all
4th turn pay 1 aether in order to trap a monster)
it is extreamly hard to play specialy if oponent have pc you can not have more than 2 in intire deck
and a monster plus 2 blessings is more eficient and take less time if it is suposed to trap the oponent without kiling him use congel that it would not get stronger and chaining 3 would last 12 turns.
the only purpouse i see in this would be to save our monsters from enemy cc like saving a fallen elf from neptune and wait untill get quintenescence
but would not be very god have at least 6 cards in a raimbow fg farmer just for that
