Valuka warned me that we might face this discord/BH deck since it was really hard to counter and it won a number of games already, so we designed my deck in a way to counter it, and it seems it worked. It would have been hard anyway if only he played any of those discords early, but luckily for me he never did.

Round 1: Early dagger for me, some devourers, an hourglass. He played some Chargers, while BHing me from time to time. I played a black dragon and later a Silurian Dragon, he played an Armagio. I killed the Armagio with a few hits from dragons. I killed him the turn he played his discord. I'm surprised he didn't play any of his discords earlier, since a precognition in the middle of the game showed that he had a number of these in his hand. Probably he was afraid I'd steal those.

Round 2: No dagger for me, so I played Eternity. He played chargers and BHs on me while I played devourers and black dragons. I was able to rewind his Armagio and then his Chargers a few times and then my dragons finished him.

Late discords game one (kept them in hand because I concluded he'd have steal) and no discords at all game two spelled defeat. Not much I could have done, really.

Understandable. Not sure why we had this here actually. I suppose sending our most dreaded deck against a Master was the idea.

I guess you'd do better to play those discords, since stealing them would replace my other weapon which proved vital in both games, but yeah, having discord used against you would also be harsh.
