ART: elementsthegame IDEA: moomoose NOTES: Augment means add to and improve.  When a permanent is augmented with piety it will be surrounded by a faint glow around the card.  Stolen augmented permanents and flying augmented weapons lose the augmentation in the copying/flying process.  Elemental permanent means that permanents which are "other" cannot be augmented by the Shard of Piety. The following effects are done to each respective permanent: Shields other than Phase Shield, Solar Shield and Dissipation Field: Increase block value of shield by 2. Phase Shield: Add 1 turn to the shield's duration. Dissipation Field and Solar Shield: Add 1 block value to the shield. Weapons: Add 4 damage to the weapon. Pillars: 20% chance to generate twice the quanta in a turn. Pendulums: 20% chance to generate quanta for both the pendulum's elements in a turn. Mind Gate: 10% chance to produce an extra copy of the card generated by Duality. Unstable Gas: Add 3 damage to all creatures done by Ignite. Eclipse: Add +1|+0 to the effect. Graveyard: 25% chance to produce a 2nd skeleton. Feral Bond: 20% to do 2 healing per creature in a turn. Electrum Hourglass: 10% chance to produce an extra copy of the card generated by Hasten. Sundial: Add 1 turn to the Sundial's duration. So, what would happen if I put it on Bonewall? Gravity Shield's ability would become extremely out of place. Flooding? Wings would work the same as Dim. Shield?

2 more defense, so if a creature had 2 or less attack, it wouldnt remove a counter.

creautres with under 5 hp would have to deal with the 2 block.

no, airborne creatures (who are able to get past wings otherwise) would have their attack reduced by 2.

Is the effect cumulative? Could I put 6 SoP on a Diamond Shield and get a shield with 15 defence?

nope, its like adrenaline, you can cast it on something more than once, wont do much good tho.

Crafty little card, eh? Well, for Flooding, you might have it so that it has a 25% chance to skip the upkeep step at the end of the turn?

yeah, i was thinking either finagle with the upkeep or have a chance to add a flood spot to either end of the middle row.

I see. Well, this is actually balanced, because no spell-reflecting shields can be targeted by this card, so it can't stop spells and attacks. I'd say this is a good card.

I couldn't see fog shield or dusk shield in the notes.
