What's a shutdown? This may not be a shutdown, but it does have a crapload of CC that pwns nearly all non-swarm creature-based decks.

Notes:
This is (supposed to be) a SHUTDOWN deck. You may end up with 20-30 quanta by the end of the match, but you're main priority is being able to play squids/congeals/toadfish by turn one.
You should always play all your toadfish at once (because they are your only significant form of damage); they are pretty durable. I may need some feedback on this.
Keep all congeals in hand, play a SINGLE squid ONLY after you have no more congeals in your hand (they're expensive to play and die easily).
Remember to use the toadfish's skills SPARINGLY. Only use enough to kill the creature by the time it is unfrozen. Do not put 4 poison counters on a 4 hp creature on the first turn it is congealed. You should be able to power your poison solely through your mark. Remember, a 10hp monster can be brought down in four turns by using just 1
per turn.
I've won 5/5 ai3 matches and 4/4 t50 matches with my limited experience in the trainer with this deck. Possible counters are discord, swarms (and fractals), shields, major cc, a deck with 6 SoGs. Devourers are not a problem because they can't steal quanta when frozen.
