Duel phase has started

You have 4 days to finish your team Propaganda Topic (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,228.0.html). When the counter goes to zero, all teams that have finished their Propaganda Topic, will receive 12 cards that they can add on their Vault at the beginning of round 2. We will also have a vote, and the Propaganda Topic that gets the most votes will receive an additional 12 cards, and the 2nd place an additional 6 cards.

So all teams gets one of these 4 options:

0 cards (unfinished Propaganda Topic)
12 cards (finished Propaganda Topic)
18 cards (2nd best Propaganda Topic)
24 cards (best Propaganda Topic)
