ART: Public art IDEA: khluk NOTES: The spell is applicable to a permanent, except pillar,  on the field. The power of the permanent will be doubled if using this card. For example, protection of Ice Shield is improved from 1 to 2 after using the spell. For the cards involving chances (e.g. Fog Shield and Dusk Mantle): The improved value equals to the half of remainder of the percentage. For example, Fog Shield is improved its chance from 40% to 70%. For Gravity Shield: the HP limit reduces from 5 to 3. The spell produces no effects on ones which involve quantum costing or quantum absorption, except Dissipation Shield and Dissipation Field.
