Positions and Duties.

Well, I'll make this short and concise: we need to establish who's what (in terms of a 'job') and start issuing orders from there. This way, it'll work like clockwork when the war begins and continues on.

1. General
General is the leader of the team who makes sure that other team members are doing their jobs and fighting their battles. General also communicates with Warmasters.

2. Lieutenant
Lieutenant is second in command. He/she can temporarily replace any team member, including the General.

3. Strategist
Strategist is in charge of planning team overall strategy. Each round, Strategist starts a topic that talks about opponents strengths and weaknesses, for example what cards the opponents have left, what kind of decks they like to use, etc.

4. Vault Organizer
Vault Organizer makes sure that the team Vault is up-to-date at all times by adding and removing cards when needed.

5. Deckbuilder
Deckbuilder starts a deck topic for each round. Everyone on the team joins deckbuilding discussion, but it's Deckbuilders job to make sure that all the decks are ready on time and that none of the decks are illegal.

6. Duel Organizer
Duel Organizer is in charge of all team duels happening during a round. If one or more team members are unable to fight their duels, Duel Organizer must inform the General as soon as possible and try to find a replacement.

7. Salvager
Salvager starts the "Salvaging/Discarding" topic. Everyone on the team joins the discussion, but it's Salvagers job to make sure that all discarding and salvaging are done on time.

8. Substitute
Substitute can temporarily replace any team member during duels, and can salvage 3 cards if he or she wins (other players substituting cannot salvage anything).

9. Rookie
Rookie is a full member of the team but doesn't have any special responsibilities.

It's gonna be a long war and I guarantee we're gonna need to replace people for matches from time to time.  Who is going to be consitantly and reliably online for the next month and a half?  Because that person should be our substitute.  I think this is the most important position because it has an actual effect on the competition as opposed to the other jobs which are mostly just posting duties.

I'm willing to go for substitute, I'm not online a lot, but can be online at almost any time, just not a lot of time. So as long as I'm informed at least a day in advance, there's unlikely something preventing me from replacing someone.
