ART: Unknown - http://www.sxc.hu/ IDEA: The dictator NOTES: It works as the opposite off Shard of Divinity, it deals damage and decreases the maximum HP's. I know, the wording isn't that great, but I couldn't fit in more. If anyone knows a better way, he (or she) may post it.

Any other comments, is this card overpowered, or underpowered?

-You may need to re-upload your upgraded card image (it isn't loading for me, so it might have been taken down by the image-hosting site) ^^;
-Add a icon after the card's Cost in the appropriate section of the table (i.e. - it should be '4 ', instead of just '4')


This is pretty strong if you manage to rack up a lot of quanta - perhaps too strong? I suppose though that getting a lot of quanta is going to take a much longer time than getting or though, so it somewhat makes it more tolerable for a card idea. ^^;

There should be a set amount to the amount of maximum HP reduction - "and permanently reduces HP by 20 points."  However, if you want to do something like that then you would need to up the cost.
