there are pros and cons to this card, no doubt
which is why i think this card is neither OP or UP
as great as it is fetching a dragon from your deck, if you put nothing but dragons, you still need some ways to cast them normally or else you'll end up with an uncastable card when you draw them normally
and if you draw them instead, that means one less creature you can fetch with this card

originally i planned to add something like mutation; 50% success, 50% bust
but that feels too entropy-ish

I think this should belong to entropy, as entropy is all about randomness.

Entropy is about more than just that, and other Elements are allowed randomness. This card certainly makes sense with Aether, so I see no thematic problem. I like it. Would improve Monoaether something fierce.

Aether is the prime Element present in all things, providing space, connection and balance for all Elements to exist.
Aether represents the sense of joy and union, and the ultimate potential of all things.

i figured someone will questioned why this isnt in entrophy due to the keyword: 'random'
like Higurashi said above, entropy is random but not just that and random isnt just restricted to entrophy (e.g. Fate Egg)
the card theme as a whole fit more with aether; the cart art (which inspired the whole thing in the first place), the name, meaning of the name...fit aether very well imo

Rats, I was considering a Wormhole card (for gravity instead), but I admit your idea is better than mine ;).  This would make several decks which rely on the use of few creatures much more reliable, which is always a big plus.  Can't see this being OP or UP given the fact that the effect is random, so all I can say is good job :).

Seems reasonable enough to me when you compare the cost of this to TU and note that you don't get to choose which creature you'll end up with here
