I run a speed rainbow with the same concept for getting quanta - entropy mark with snovas.  I find that having 4 snova and 2 regular nova, with 4 qtowers.  I find that having a few towers and 2 regular novas is perfect, the mulligen allows 1 tower 70%+ of the time, and 1 regular nova about 50% of the time in first hand, allowing some starting quanta before your snovas kick in.  Its just something to consider with your testing, otherwise, that deck looks annoying as hell.  Good job!

Entropy Pendulums would work great here, as it'll help your Fractals as well. Maybe exchange a Vampire for an Eclipse, and you'll have plenty of damage.

I will say first hand, this deck works.

I do agree with Guolin that Entropy Pendulums would be a better idea to get fractal out faster.  I also think bumping up to 4 quanta generators should decrease the % or bad draws this deck will see.

I also thought about getting the second or even third Fractal out - as it stands, you may only get enough quanta for one Fractal, if that.

whats with the brimstones? so you can do fractal them then fractal phoenix?
seems like it'd be a much better to just fractal pests then vamps

That is very slow and can be countered if your opponent realizes your strategy early enough. If they aren't producing any quanta for you to drain, which happens a lot, then you won't be able to play vampires. Ash eaters are good for damage, one fractal can provide up to 16 damage a turn, and even if your opponent gets rid of them all somehow, you will probably have enough fire from them to play several phoenixes from your next fractal.

Have you tried mitosis for an even faster set up. It looks like the phoenix/ brimstone is used more late game than anything. You put in a mitosis and a 2 eclipses or an eclipse and 2 mitosi. The phoenix and the brimstone eater don't seem to help you early game.

EDIT: just realized that Devourers don't make you that much dark quanta, cause you destroy the pillars and black hole their quanta.

I haven't tried that. I could see it working by replacing the fractals and phoenix with them, then the brims with vamps.

Anyway, fractal brimstones is often better to do than pests early game.
