For that you need neptune and buff like heavy armor

yes it is a passive, lava golem, crimson dragon, and phoenix all have it if implemented and possibly asheater

-Please -do not- use that artwork (don't ask for permission either). That site is completely unsafe for taking any images off of, and the person you cited (p3durungan) has apparently been using all of the material illegally (meaning that the wallpaper art you chose should probably not be used in any way, shape or form).


Aside from that though, your card idea is simple and clean enough to make it to the crucible; change the art though to something else.

no passive has upkeep, ability is very situational, the card is UP as is

Its attack/quanta ratio is rather high plus it has an ability. It isn't UP.
