I was able to login this morning but now the advertisment blocks me out aswell.

Aye, we're getting a lot of people with this problem. There are some steps you can take to try to fix it, but it could just as well not be on your end.

1. Try http://elementsthegame.net/
2. Check your adblock settings so it doesn't block the application.
3. Flush your DNS (most browsers have this option. Otherwise, on Windows, run cmd.exe and do ipconfig /flushdns
4. Clear your browser's history and/or try other browsers. (Internet Explorer very much discouraged. Don't live in the 90s, man.)
5. Play on kongregate. http://www.kongregate.com/games/zanzarino/elements

I don´t know why but now the game loads after the ad again.

I couldn´t do something on my side - but it works again and I am happy ^^

I think the way the game loads changed, and it was stuck like that because it wasn't updated yet?
Now the loading bar is like V>
