I'm liking the idea. However, I don't think that it should do any damage. It's like a parallel of Fire Shield. The shield does damage, but it doesn't block any. This allows creatures to deal damage, but it doesn't do any itself.

a weapon that does not deal damage would need to have a much more potent effect than simply being an anti-dusk/fog tool. true fire shield does not block damage, but it does have a rather good effect.

Hm. Would there be any added bonus of a creature with more than '100%' attacking accuracy? (i.e. - playing this and there's no Dusk Mantle or Fog Shield to face). It'd be interesting if there was special effect for having a higher precision for your creatures...
