It's really not hard at all guolin, sacrifice your weapon slot for Fireworks | Pyrotechnics which deal 0 damage per turn unlike Dagger which deals 2.
Using Fireworks as an example, after you equip it, each turn you may use its active ability
Fireworks for 1
which hits for 3 damage (like a Firebolt with no boost) and you gain 3 quanta. The 3 quanta you can receive come in 4 particular combinations. Simple
EDIT: Looking at it again, the direct damage aspect may be overpowered. I will consider lowering to 3 and 4 damage.
