But in all seriousness, it is a little complicated. (See Kael's Quantum Mechanics series for more information) Do Fireworks increase the damage of the weapon, or does it just give a Lycanthrope-like one time boost?

It's really not hard at all guolin, sacrifice your weapon slot for Fireworks | Pyrotechnics which deal 0 damage per turn unlike Dagger which deals 2.

Using Fireworks as an example, after you equip it, each turn you may use its active ability
Fireworks for 1 :fire which hits for 3 damage (like a Firebolt with no boost) and you gain 3 quanta. The 3 quanta you can receive come in 4 particular combinations. Simple :)

EDIT: Looking at it again, the direct damage aspect may be overpowered. I will consider lowering to 3 and 4 damage.

The Kael Card bit referenced the quanta-gain part. Take a look at Kael's Quantum Mechanics series to see what I mean. :)

I don't think the "Deal 0 damage per turn" part is needed - it can just say "Weapon. [Fireworks ability]"

Gaining 1 of 4 groups of quanta is complicated? :P

And I put the deals 0 damage per turn so that people don't get confused thinking that it deals 3 damage per turn for a cost of 1 :fire, at which time you get the group of quanta. The statement may seem unnecessary, but it fits, and serves its purpose, even if a small one.
