As some of you might know, the colors of the French national flag are  :water :light :fire. I decided to make a fun deck on this theme. The 10 left "? ? ?" are upped fire pendulum and the 10 right "? ? ?" are upped light pendulum. As you can see, it has creature generator (water nymph), heavy-hitters (light nymph), permanent control (explosion), healing (miracle), creature-control and attack booster (fire nymph). Mindgate can't play the creatures as all :water comes from the mark. However, its main weakness is that it is a slow start deck.

If you don't have the water nymph you can play a water tower instead.

Mindgate decks usually have Quantum Pillars/Supernovas, so they may be able to use your deck as well.

I like the concept of the deck - looks fun! I think a screenshot of your deck + deck code wrapped in [ code] tags would look better. :)

Yeah thias looks fun.  I agree with Guolin that mindgate decks will have quantam towers to power your nymph's tears.

This is, most of the time, true. But as my creatures cost 6-8 :water , I think it is still quite a problem for massive mindgaters. At least you have no risk of being swarmed with nymphs.

Here is the deck:
Here is a victory with this deck. It looks quite nice, I find! Note the three  :water :light :fire nymphs, on the left, forming the french flag ...

do you need more water towers to generate a water nymph first?
and SoR?

The thing is that you really need a lot of pillars to be able (1) to quickly put your nymphs out (2) be able to summon your miracle when you need it and (3) keep up with the high cost of rage. That's why I put so few other cards (2 explosion + 1 miracle). You could, however, change 1/2 fire pendulum for 1/2 SoR.
Concerning the water towers, I think it is interesting only if you don't have already a water nymph (which is in the deck). The thing is that the water nymph is extremely fragile. If you use your tears to generate it. Next turn it could be destroyed by so many CC. Then, you end up with no Nymphs and 1 tear less. On the contrary,  :fire and  :light Nymphs are resistant to CC. I suggest you build your field first with 5/6 tears on :light and :fire pendulums and then only you add the  :water nymph (using your :water nymph or your last tears and the :water pillar) to go on for the nymphs generation.
I however think that :water nymph is underpowered and should be buffed.

I love the deck. I don't see many of these nymph spam decks, aside from the one that PuppyChow made ( :light / :water ). Also, is the name based on the band Tears for Fears? Honestly, they have got to be one of my most favorite 80's bands ever. XD

Yes! I'm glad you notice it! It means that I'm not the only one not going to school any more.

It is also a little reference to our team during the Football World Cup.  :)) :o

Lol, I may not be going to school anymore, but I wasn't alive in the 80's either. I just like the band. XD Also, just noticed that you were from France.

I tried the deck in the trainer, and I must say that I like it, but it is quite slow in the beginning.

Thank is just because you can not hear me speak.  ;)

You can replace the :light pendula by :time pendula and the miracle by an other explosion. It works well and it's faster (still with a slow start). However, it's not France's colours any more, but Rumania's ...
