NOTES:
When I thought about time manipulation and its easy access to draw cards (Hourglass, Sundial, Precognition... etc.), the logical step would be about fixing the 'overdrawing' issue, or drawing too many cards that you couldn't actually play them all. With Pyramid, you can choose to actually save cards for later rather than forcing to discard them (unless you actually can't use it).

The upgraded version provides a  :time bonus to help it combo with Hourglasses well, to keep a constant 'flux' of increasing ones' own speed (Hastening) while storing cards they can't use yet for later (Storage). And yes - this is another card that can help out with 'anti-deckout', to allow Time-'splashing' users to choose a different weapon instead rather than Eternity.

I guess the upped one could, instead of giving 1 :time, get a boost similar to Rustlers (unlimited uses per turn). That would be a nice alternative, don't you think? Especially if there are few abilities in Elements that could be safely given such a buff and I'd like to see more such abilities.

I just think that Pyramid as it is might be considered too situational and will probably not see much use, so I guess a little boost like that would at least add some flavor.

The problem with the above statement is trying to fit the text onto the card - I agree that the unlimited uses per turn is a much easier idea to do, so I might change this card soon.

Pyramid is situational, and I was trying to think of a good card that can handle 'discard' problems, but then again, not many decks have those type of issues (unless your deck is really big), so I might just reduce the card's cost to something cheap (in case you get a mulligan) so that you can play it and have your cards used later in your deck.

How is this situational, if it comes out this+enchant artifact+Any card=NEVER deck out. even eternity requires 3 :time quanta per turn. :P This will replace Eternity in all Rainbows.

Definitely not all rainbows, as Eternity is (arguably) the best rare weapon :P
At least I find it much more useful than eg. Pulverizers and prefer using 2 or 3 Eternities.

But yes, when used for anti-deck-out it's less situational.
