Elfwood has some very specific legal (http://www.elfwood.com/legal.html) and Tristen74 has not made allowance for use. You will have to get permission for use from him or find different art.

Even though you don't own the art, you need to cite the artist's name in both the table AND the card image.

Have the text "Art by mohzart" in the card art's portrait (preferably in the bottom left corner of the card art), and also put the 'art by' in your table next to your link. After that, it should be ready. :)
