First of all, i would like to apologize if this problem was brought up before.
My problem in next, i forgot to do quests when it was time for them, from the begining, and now i can't upgrade cards and recieve rare card etc.
Any sugestions how to fix this?

Post a screenshot of what you see when you click "Quests"? It's not like there's a time limit, you can kill Level 0, buy/sell cards in the bazaar, kill Level 1, kill Level 2, get 150+ score, and get 500+ score whenever you want.

As you can see, problem occurs with this quest. And ofc i sold and bought bunch of cards. And btw, this happened to my other account.

You may have already tried this, but buy and sell a card after you look at the quest page. Make sure it is in the same session (don't refresh or close it).
