I've got three accounts (same email address, different login names).

I want to make another account, because I want to try out a different deck without going through all that stuff.

Its not against the rules just a waste of time.   Its better to build up the cards, score, and money on one account rather than make multiple accounts.

Sure, if you already know how to play & how to farm.

As a newbie, it isn't trivial to figure out what kind of deck I want to play.

Nope, just dumb and pointless, (other than the fact that metamorphosis costs money)
