What's better to farm for fast electrum and nice cards, top 50 or half-bloods?

I prefer half bloods because they can give upgraded cards.

I prefer half bloods because they can give upgraded cards.
Yet, T50 gives rares as they're alot of rare farms out there. Also, T50 farming is faster because your opponent has the same amount of HP as you. HB farming will prepare you for fighting false gods and also occasionally give you upgraded cards which you can sell for a lot of money.

I think they nerfed it so there's no more upgraded cards from t50 D:

Half-bloods are a really poor source of electrum.   The games are not quick and the electrum rewards are barely more than AI3.

Yes, you can win upgraded cards from half bloods.   But, you will rarely win cards at all.   The reason for this is the decks are nearly random and since there is so much card variability you will rarely win a card.  Further, upgraded cards roll against regular cards meaning if you roll 2 upgraded eternities and 1 normal eternity, you get nothing.  Thus, the presence of the upgraded cards actually hurts your ability to win a card.

I think you will find that AI3 played with a fast deck will generate more electrum per hour than AI5 matches.

That being said, I enjoy half bloods matches.  I just don't play them looking to generate electrum.

Most definitely T50!

It nets you the most electrum of all AI-matches against 100HP and you have a pretty good guess about the type of deck you are going to face.
The decks may change significantly when some new fashion (hope-decks, adri-rushes ...) pops up but generally you are facing larger rainbows.

A little while ago, I made sure to win a lot of matches with EM while using a speed-rainbow in T50 and calculated that my elec/time profit was actually just as high as when fighting FGs.

clathium: the computer doesn't pick random cards from the deck, it selects something like 5 different ones and spins them. So the probability of winning an upgraded card is actually fairly high. At least 50% less likely than from FGs, but it's pretty often. I've fought <50 HBs and won 5 upgraded cards. that's 6,000+ electrum, which let me upgrade 4 cards. depending on your deck, HBs shouldn't take that long to kill, especially compared to FGs, which take forever with any deck that can hope to secure even a relatively high winning percentage. With a mono-aether or any similar rush/swarm deck with adequate shielding and/or healing, you'll do just fine.

I prefer HBs because I get a rare from every 5-10 Top50 games, which sells for 150-250 coins. So it takes about 30 or so games to get enough electrum for an upgrade. Just from my limited exerience, it seems that for the time invested, HBs give more electrum (and score, probably).

T50. Let's compare, shall we?

T50
Speed of match: Very fast
Win Rate: High
Rewards: Decent most of the time ($), great sometimes (rares, either for more $ or for hoarding)

HB
Speed of match: Medium
Win Rate: High
Rewards: Decent most of the time ($), great sometimes (upped card)

Pretty much the only difference is speed, and a faster game means faster electrum overall.

I can't beat t50s with my HB Speed EM/Shard abuse deck because it is too slow, (5 minutes to win). But I get over double for each win because of the shards. I play a t50 in 2 minutes, with the occasional lose and the rare EM (60 coins per EM, around 20 if not).  But my HB deck is around 95% EM rate (never loses) and gets me 140 electrum in 4-5 minutes.

BTW I don't do the Granite/stone skins because they take too long with a rainbow deck.

I'd say t50 because of the speed you can farm at (if you back out and find the farms or if you bring the right deck to blow through most of the standard decks out in t50 that aren't farms).

Half bloods are great but generally slower to farm and you barely get any upped cards from them...or at least thats me

T50 may farm faster, but I prefer Half Bloods because the games are actually fun.
After all, isn't the purpose of playing this game to have fun? :)
