Osmosis - This would add a much needed and interesting heal to water.
Silt - A Rainbow players dream. Sadly, it's OP with such a low cost.
Erosion (spell) - No one can deny that this is sweeeet. Could use a bit more definition.
Quanta - i love quanta producing cards!! Mono blue anyone?
