This is a well planned out deck but i think you may want to half the number of the pendulums and replace the half that you took out with gravity pillars, that way if your hand is full of cards that don't use fire quanta you can get them out faster while still having enough fire to use all of your fire quanta.  Other than that you might want to reduce the number of cards by taking out ones you don't like or use so you get the ones you do more often.  Sorry if its not much help, im sort of new myself..

It may be a good idea to make it equal amounts of gravity and earth, this way you could have other control cards like otys while having hard hitters such as shriekers.

I'v been messing around on the trainer because i wanted a cheap deck that could farm top 50 without 20 losses in a row.  I decided to try out a poison deck because I had not played with one before.  I snooped around on the forums before building this deck so it may seem exactly like every other poison deck around, but i decided to put it up for the hell of it (excuse my language).  But anyways, ill quit the monologue and get to the deck! (This deck is NOT meant to be a speed poison deck as it usually wins with around 10-15 cards left)

In 25 games against top 50 this deck has;
won 17 games
and lost 8 games
i only did a small test because im lazy. 
But I believe this to be an okay win rate for an un-upgraded top 50 farmer, id love feedback. thanks for readin'!

Overall, it looks very good. I would take out the water pillars and the skull shield, and put in another bone wall, another plague, another arsenic if you have it, or if not a third plague.

Thanks, I put those in as mainly filler cards as i assumed that probably no beginner will have more than one arsenic. :\
