I think the biggest problem with these decks is the low damage output. A few Shards / Sanctuaries and a decent shield will kill you.

replace the precog with a phase recluse or a TU. You can't afford the 4th precog with your snovas.

I'd go as far as to say that 3 Precogs is enough. With 2 Supernovas, that gives you 3 Precogs and a Shrieker. Phase Recluse sounds good, Explosion is nice and cheap, maybe a Fog Shield for the third.

Wyrm is way too expensive, I'd use a Lycanthrope.

With the combination of 6 Sanctuaries eating up your Light quanta, Hope's high cost, and the unreliability of having sufficient Fireflies on the field, it doesn't seem like a good idea. Search the forums for "Skittles" if you want a FFQ / Hope FG Rainbow. It's outdated, though.
